Great! The emotions are great in every one of your songs, but i can't help noticing that the transitions between ideas in the song happen too quickly. I was introduced to a new idea every 10 seconds, and it didn't really give me anything to hold on to when the song was done, if you know what i mean. I guess what i'm saying is that in this kind of music, a reoccurring main theme is important. Each theme in this song could be split up into different songs, each with a theme. I know this was written a while back and is just being remastered, but it's just something I noticed. Also, the pauses in between chord changes are sometimes really effective, and sometimes they interrupt the feel of the piece.

Sorry for the criticism, it's a great song :)

BrokenDeck responds:

Remember that it's meant to be a film score, and does not follow conventional "classical" music structure.

the beginning sounds like when im gone by eminem :)
great song!

Echo responds:

Glad you like it! Thanks for the feedback :)

Amazing!!! Is there a way for me to obtain sheet music for this?

SoundChris responds:

Thanks a lot! Maybe i could make some sheet for the piano but it will take some time because i have got a lot of work right now. I will try :>

i clicked on itunes once it was done because i forgot that it was a newgrounds song and not a professionally mastered song on itunes. Congratulations it sounds great :) however the part starting at 2:04 sounded a little too-side chained, and was a bit distracting. great work :)

BeefourMusic responds:

Thanks, would be nice to have this up on Itunes for everybody to find! Make sure you share it around facebook so your friends can get a copy for free too! :)

Great song! really, i'm sorry i don't have time to write a review about how amazingly fluent and beautiful and emotional it is, but i was wondering what program you used to create it. Logic? Cubase? :)

BrokenDeck responds:

I used Cubase as my DAW, and EWQL as my orchestral sounds. The choir used is EWQL Symphonic Choirs. There's a also a bit of Project SAM Symphobia as well.

The beginning was pretty sudden with that transition but other that that its a cool video-game sounding track.

DesoFreelanceRecords responds:

You've right, I relistened it and it sounded pretty messy, It's fixed. Thank You very much for great advice ;)

Great song! I won't plague this song with my horrible reviews but the drop really REALLY reminded me of a Tiesto song called Elements of Life... but I liked it, great bouncy feel :)

Indigorain responds:

Well, I guess a comparison with Tiesto isn't half bad! :D
Thanks!

I love this song! Even more than Take the Risk (which is saying alot)! Around 1:27 the initial drop sounds really good but if I really cared and was really picky i'd say that it was just a little bit muddy and the parts didn't mix as well as they could have. HOWEVER, at 2:54 at that transition I was like YES I LOVE THIS and then at 3:12 I was like HOW IS THIS POSSIBLY GETTING BETTER? The steady lower synth is really uplifting. I think if you give listeners something to hold on to like that lower synth part it makes it better.

Anyhooo, your amazing and a role model however i think you should bring some elements out in some parts so their not all at the same level mushing together. :)

Cheers!

DJ-Babokon responds:

Wow that was a very kind review! I'm glad you like the song and cheers to you too! ^__^

this is amazing! i listen to this constantly, and it is sort of my role model. it is the only classical song so far that relaxes me as this one does. kind of reminds me of lord of the rings :)

only thing i don't like is towards the end, at 3:55 there is a small flute blip that seems random and grabbed my attention. I want to get Protools so that i can work on songs like this ( i only have Garageband at the moment). :)

i think the thing that got me to love this was the string section. the rising and falling, the legato, it all seemed magical. also, the chimes were a great addition at 3:13.

please keep making music!

Echo responds:

Will do ;) Thanks!
